Positive: • When I wanted to extend my stay for one more night but the hotel was fully booked, they helped me reserve another hotel nearby and assisted me in moving there. • Good location, close to restaurants and safari departure points. • Spacious and airy grounds. • Food is decent, but the coffee is very bad. • The room is old but still acceptable.

Negative: Needs improvement: • The hotel should strengthen its overall operations, especially the attitude and professionalism of the management and staff. • They need to be honest and transparent about fees and services. I felt like they cared more about getting money from guests than providing good service. • Many details were not communicated clearly, and I only found out about extra charges at checkout — this should not happen in proper business practice. • At check-in, they did not give me the room key even when I asked. • At night, I asked for a towel because my room didn’t have one, and they gave me a wet towel — which is unacceptable. • The manager pushed me to leave a good review and even offered money, but I refused because I always stay honest with my feedback. I truly hope they will improve in the future.
